   Designing and shipping multiple agentic AI projects across client and internal delivery, while working end to end in a small cross-functional product team on an internal platform that analyses candidate CVs with Claude, matches them to vacancies, ranks the consultant pool, and tracks the recruitment pipeline.

   • Delivered multiple production-minded agentic AI projects across client and internal workflows — combining structured tool use, deterministic guardrails, and verification loops rather than unconstrained prompt chains.
   • Full-stack development in Next.js with React 19 and TypeScript: UI pages, REST API routes, and Server Actions on Azure SQL (T-SQL), with Microsoft Entra ID authentication and role-based access control.
   • Owned GDPR compliance features: candidate-data retention schedules, HMAC-signed consent links, and a rate-limited public application page — backed by a documented data map and automated security review.
   • Set up the deployment pipeline: single Docker image via GitHub Actions to Azure Container Registry and Azure App Service, with separate test and production environments and Bicep infrastructure as code.
   • Introduced the team quality gate: formatting, linting, strict typechecking, and nearly 140 Jest and Testing Library suites enforced on every commit and pull request.
   • Built the team’s agentic engineering tooling — reusable Claude Code skills, specialised review agents, and architecture decision records (ADRs) — turning AI-assisted development into a repeatable team practice.

   Platform team at a global distributor and recycler of plastics, rubber, and chemicals (50+ countries)

   EDA Enablement Engineer / Data Streaming Engineer

   Accelerating enterprise adoption of event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming in Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Kafka.

   • Guided internal product teams adopting event-driven architecture through reusable integration patterns, demos, and reference implementations, and onboarded teammates into unfamiliar codebases so peer reviews stayed substantive.
   • Built real-time synchronisation between a headless CMS and Elasticsearch in Java and Spring Boot: Azure Webhooks publish content changes as events to Apache Kafka, and Kafka Connect indexes them for enterprise search and query workloads.
   • Standardised and enriched event streams with Kafka Streams (joins, transformations), schema mapping, and an Anti-Corruption Layer mapping data onto private topics for downstream consumers so tenant data stayed isolated.
   • Wrote event-triggered Azure Functions to reduce infrastructure overhead and improve scaling behaviour.

   Full-stack platform managing EV charging stations and calculating monthly reimbursements from meter readings and dynamic energy prices.

   • Set up the project structure and contributed to domain analysis and entity-relationship data modelling (ERD).
   • Developed the monthly reimbursement calculation engine in Spring Boot and a reactive frontend in Angular with NgRx.

   Independent Product, Web & AI Infrastructure Builder

   Sole developer across shipped mobile and web products, bespoke static websites, and the reusable starter and multi-agent infrastructure underneath them.

   • Weaponized AI coding workflows as reusable infrastructure (webdev-kit, site-starter, neal-claude-tools, and a token-budgeted central skill/MCP registry): shared Claude Code and Antigravity SKILL.md runbooks, PreToolUse secret and Drive guards, 4-Gate TDD with isolated fresh-context review subagents, Playwright site-teardown benchmarks, and automated WCAG 2.2 AA plus Belgian WER/WVV compliance checks.
   • Delivered a bilingual (NL/EN) coaching and connection platform website for a Belgian strength, nutrition, and mental performance coach on site-starter — featuring a YAML-configured Stage 1 Personal to Stage 2 Eenmanszaak switch without a second branch, Zod-enforced Belgian protected-title copy guardrails, and four PhysiqueAtlas mobile screens with the 5-tab bar rebuilt in pure HTML and CSS with zero framework JS.
   • Designed and built five standalone software products and developer tools end to end — three live releases (PhysiqueAtlas with open registration in free trial / demo mode, Gym Progression on the iOS App Store, and Focus Modes for Android 15+ on GitHub Releases) plus two unreleased builds: MacroTrack (speech and free-text AI meal tracker) and local-agent-mcp.
