2026Built — internal infrastructure & unreleased

webdev-kit & site-starter

A zero-JS static site starter paired with a cross-agent plugin suite that turns intake, scoping, 4-Gate TDD, Belgian legal compliance, and fresh-context reviews into deterministic infrastructure.

Role
Sole architect & author — starter template, 8 shared agent skills, hooks, evals, quote engine
Stack
  • Astro 7
  • Tailwind CSS v4
  • TypeScript
  • Cloudflare Workers
  • Claude Code
  • Antigravity
  • Playwright
Architecture diagram: client requests flow from a read-only inbox through intake tickets, scoping and the 4 Gates (spec, plan, TDD, fresh-context review) to launch, enforced by agent hooks, build gates and Belgian compliance checks, on top of site-starter.

Status

Unreleased: private delivery infrastructure that real client sites are built on. This site runs on it too.

Decisions

Agent-agnostic runbooks, wired per repo

Shared SKILL.md runbooks work in both Claude Code and Antigravity. Each repo wires them in through gitignored local config (setup-local-agents.mjs) and a central, token-budgeted REGISTRY.md, instead of global prompts.

Mechanical gates over prompt advice

PreToolUse hooks block .env* reads and unapproved Drive writes. --color-*: initial strips the raw Tailwind palettes, check-todos.mjs blocks production deploys while owner placeholders are open, and an isolated read-only reviewer subagent at Gate 4 keeps sunk-cost bias out of the review.

Belgian compliance built in

WER Book XII and WVV Art. 2:20 RPR court checks and modulo-97 KBO validation live in the Zod schemas, next to Playwright-rendered PDF quotes with integer-cent amounts.

What it cost

  • Per-repo wiring: tracked starter files and local agent config must stay strictly separate; in return, a client handover needs zero repo surgery.
  • Mechanical gates: slower ceremony on small UI changes, offset by a Fast-Path for content-only edits.
  • Built-in compliance: custom compliance and eval scripts to maintain alongside the template.
